Job summary

Vaxcyte, a clinical-stage vaccine company, seeks a Commercial Project Manager to join the IT Project Management team in Philadelphia. You will own the integrated launch schedule, critical path, governance, risk log, dashboards, and status reporting to drive launch readiness.

Collaborating with Commercial, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Market Access, Supply and IT, you will align timelines, manage resources, track KPIs, and maintain PM standards.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of project management in pharma/biotech/vaccines with cross-functional timelines, dependencies, risks, governance, and communications.
• Experience supporting commercial launch readiness across multiple functions.
• Experience with digital tools, dashboards, and PM systems that improve visibility and execution.
• Experience with direct sales or field models; prescription-only experience is not sufficient.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project.

Responsibilities

• Manage integrated launch schedule and critical path across functions.
• Establish governance, agendas, decisions, actions, and follow-ups.
• Maintain dashboards, status reports, and communications on readiness, risks, milestones, and dependencies.
• Coordinate across Commercial and functional workstreams for resource planning.
• Track KPIs and support governance and performance reviews.
• Maintain project management processes, tools, templates, and dashboards.
