Job summary

Vaxcyte seeks a Director for Drug Substance Commercialization of Polysaccharides to lead the polysaccharide launch and supply strategy for glycoconjugate vaccines.

The role focuses on technical launch planning, regulatory filings coordination, facility readiness, and lifecycle management. You will align internal stakeholders, CMOs, and external regulators to ensure on-time execution and robust process transfer across sites.

• Leadership experience in MSAT or Process Development in supervisory or matrixed roles.

Responsibilities

• DS Commercialization – provide strategic and scientific leadership for polysaccharides and ensure launch plans and post-launch activities.
• Organization and capability building – develop technical capabilities and staffing for global manufacturing network.
• Process robustness – improve understanding and robustness of processes across the organization.
• Interface – coordinate cross-functional deliverables with Regulatory, CMC, Quality, Supply Chain, and Process Engineering to drive successful development and launch of polysaccharides.
