Job summary

Vynamic is seeking a Senior Manager, Product Launch to serve as a trusted advisor for life sciences clients, driving complex product launch engagements from strategy through execution. You will partner with senior client stakeholders to define launch strategies, governance, operating models, and cross-functional execution across the commercialization lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA, MS, PharmD, PhD preferred.
• 6+ years in life sciences consulting or pharma/biotech with product launch or commercialization leadership.
• Proven ability to guide cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders through launches.

Responsibilities

• Lead Product Launch engagements with high-quality delivery and strong team performance.
• Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and guide commercialization lifecycle.
• Design and lead launch strategies, governance models, and cross-functional planning efforts.
• Partner with Commercial, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing to align priorities.
• Provide strategic analysis and actionable recommendations based on market dynamics and insights.
• Lead engagement planning, manage risks, and enable executive decision-making.
• Mentor and coach consultants, driving professional growth.
• Support business development and client relationship expansion for Vynamic's Product Launch practice.
• Contribute to methodologies and best practices to strengthen launch offerings.
• Foster inclusive leadership and collaborative client solutions.
