Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, Data/Analytics, Information Systems, Life Sciences, or related discipline.
Responsibilities
- Build and continuously improve business operating practices with integrated view of priorities, capacity, risks, dependencies, milestones, and performance.
- Establish portfolio and capacity-management processes for proactive prioritization and leadership decisions.
- Support demand intake, strategy realization, and execution-readiness with data and decision support.
- Identify resource constraints, risks, dependencies, and opportunities requiring leadership attention.
- Develop scalable operating rhythms and review mechanisms linking strategy, portfolio performance, and decisions.
