Job summary

ISI Enterprises is seeking a PERSEC Specialist I to execute high-volume personnel security actions. You will focus on onboarding, briefings, visit requests, and records management within DISS and related systems, ensuring timely processing for client personnel.

Responsibilities include handling eApp support, eligibility checks, and daily coordination with client teams. A Secret Clearance is required, with a hybrid/remote work setup and standard MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year in administrative, help desk, or security-related work.
• One year or more in personnel/industrial/security experience.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance.
• Strong organizational skills and deadline-driven.
• Experience using a ticketing/service platform to manage requests.
• Proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).
• Ability to learn government security regulations and procedures.
• Complete required CDSE/STEPP training within set timeframes.

Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume personnel security actions, onboarding, and briefings.
• Manage DISS/NBIS records and ensure accuracy across systems.
• Support visit requests and access coordination for client personnel.
• Provide eApp support, password resets, and guidance through security questionnaires.
• Escalate complex issues per SOPs and direct to PERSEC leads when needed.
• Maintain training materials and assist with documentation for FSOs.
