iWorks Corporation in Reston, VA is seeking a Personnel Security Coordination Support Specialist (Mid) for a 100% onsite role. You will coordinate personnel security actions and manage administrative cases across multiple stakeholders, with a salary range of 77k–87k depending on experience.

This exempt, full-time position requires a TS clearance with SCI eligibility and CI polygraph, a Bachelor's or equivalent experience, and strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility and CI polygraph.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 8 years of administrative, personnel security, or program support experience.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate personnel security case actions.
• Prepare and review correspondence and documentation.
• Maintain case tracking systems and databases.
• Schedule meetings and facilitate stakeholder communications.
• Track action items and ensure timely follow-up.
• Organize and maintain case records.
