Job summary

ProSync is seeking a Mid-Level PERSEC Security Specialist to support critical personnel security programs, handling clearances, access, indoctrinations, and compliance with DoD, IC policies. You will interact with employees, government stakeholders, and security professionals.

Ideal candidate has 3+ years in personnel security, active IAT II, Top Secret/SCI with SAP/SAR eligibility, and a Bachelor's degree or higher.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in personnel security or related discipline.
• Experience handling security actions within DoD/IC environments.
• Knowledge of personnel security regulations and access control.
• Active IAT/IAM Level II certification required.
• Top Secret/SCI clearance with SAP/SAR eligibility required.

Responsibilities

• Administer personnel security programs for classified programs and facilities.
• Process security actions including clearances, indoctrinations, and reinvestigations.
• Maintain security databases and records with accuracy.
• Coordinate with government offices on eligibility and adjudication.
• Develop reports and briefings on program activities.
• Support onboarding/offboarding regarding security requirements.
