Job summary

ISI Enterprises is seeking a PERSEC Specialist II to manage complex personnel security actions, investigations, and client advisory support across government and commercial clients. The role emphasizes compliance with NISP, DCSA processes, and incident handling within a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum two (2) years of administrative, help desk, personnel security, or related experience.
• One (1) year or more of personnel security or related security experience.
• Experience supporting FSOs/AFSOs or industrial security programs.
• Familiarity with NISS, DISS, NBIS, eApp, and DCSA processes.
• HS Diploma or GED; ability to obtain Secret clearance.
• Strong organization, record-keeping, and deadline management.
• Proficiency with HaloPSA or similar ticketing platforms and MS Office.
• Must complete required government security training within designated timeframes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain accuracy of personnel security data across systems (DISS, ACCS, NBIS).
• Process clearance nomination packages, including Public Trust and SCI as required.
• Serve as primary point of contact for client personnel security inquiries.
• Provide guidance on personnel security requirements and compliance expectations.
• Investigate security incidents and prepare required reports.
• Coordinate access, badge requests, and PKI-related documentation as needed.
• Support insider threat reporting and coordination with internal/external teams.
• Maintain audit-ready documentation and provide security training and guidance.
