Required are a high school diploma and an insurance license within 90 days. Strong customer service, data entry, and MS Office skills are essential for success in a fast-paced team environment.

Qualifications

• High School or equivalent required.
• P&C Insurance Producer License required within 90 days of start date.

Responsibilities

• Receive and distribute high-volume inbound client contacts across channels.
• Assess client needs and route to appropriate resource with context.
• Provide coverage and distribution support during account manager absences or high volume periods.
• Input and maintain data in the agency management system.
