Job summary

HUB International is hiring a part-time Client Service Associate for Commercial Lines in Encino, CA. This role supports day-to-day account management, policy reviews, endorsements, and billing coordination within a brokerage environment.

The successful candidate will have 3–5 years of related commercial insurance experience, an active license, and strong MS Office and agency management system skills. The position offers a hybrid work model with a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of related commercial insurance experience in a brokerage.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Insurance license in good standing.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Outlook, and agency management systems (Epic preferred).
• Strong time management, organization, customer service, initiative, teamwork and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepares quotes and proposals.
• Reviews policies, processes endorsements/certificates/MVRs/Loss Runs/ID cards.
• Assists with audits, as necessary.
• Coordinates billing, premium financing, as needed.
