Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• License to practice property & casualty insurance (DOI P&C) required.
• Knowledge of Applied EPIC system desirable.
• Knowledge of personal lines insurance and products essential.
• Good listening skills and attention to detail are important.

Responsibilities

• Process applications, policies, and endorsements for clients.
• Handle renewals, reminders, and mid-term changes.
• Review renewals for significant changes and notify producer.
• Prepare ID cards, certificates of insurance, and binders.
• Inform producers of important activities on client accounts.
