BayCoast Insurance LLC is seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager I to handle an assigned book of business with a focus on accuracy and client retention. You will counsel clients on coverage options and manage endorsements, renewals, and new business submissions.

The role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask in a busy setting, and a Massachusetts Property & Casualty license (or ability to obtain within 90 days). Hybrid work arrangements are available.

Qualificações

• Thorough understanding of personal lines insurance products and underwriting.

Responsabilidades

• Manage an assigned book of personal lines with a focus on accuracy and retention.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients through timely, professional service.
• Counsel clients on coverage options and assist with endorsements, renewals, and new business.
• Process transactions and maintain complete documentation in the Agency Management System.
• Collaborate with carriers, underwriters, and internal teams for best client outcomes.
