Job summary

Liberty Insurance Agency is seeking an Account Manager in Personal Insurance to serve a book of individuals and families. You will respond to client questions, handle policy changes, review coverages, and guide claims with a client-centered approach.

The role emphasizes upselling and cross-selling opportunities, maintaining accurate records in EPIC, and pursuing ongoing licensing and designations to support growth. Hybrid work schedule with in-office days will be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in client-facing roles with insurance products.
• Active Property & Casualty license or pursuing designation preferred.
• Familiarity with agency management systems and standard software.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client questions by phone and email; resolve billing, claims, and policy issues.
• Process policy changes and conduct thorough coverage/policy reviews.
• Report claims to carriers and review new claim notices.
• Review renewals; help clients understand options before renewal.
• Collaborate with Producers and Brokers for remarketing accounts and quotes.
• Maintain up-to-date client records in EPIC.
