Job summary

The Liberty Company Insurance Brokers is seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager to join our hybrid team across Ashland, Lodi, Richland, or Wooster, Ohio. You will service existing personal lines accounts, process applications, renewals, and mid-year changes while identifying cross-sell opportunities.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• DOI P&C license required.
• Knowledge of Applied EPIC system desirable.
• Knowledge of personal lines insurance and products essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous service to clients, producers, and company personnel.
• Process applications, policies and endorsements; review for accuracy.
• Update EPIC policy accounts with current information.
• Review renewals for significant changes and alert the producer.
• Prepare IDs, certificates, and binders; process endorsements.
• Process claim reports per carrier procedures; handle agency bill renewals.
