Qualifications

• Ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering excellent client service.
• Detail-oriented with accuracy in policy documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional service to personal lines clients regarding coverage and billing.
• Review client insurance needs and recommend coverage solutions.
• Process endorsements, policy changes, and renewals accurately.
• Prepare applications, proposals, binders, and insurance docs for new/renewal business.
• Obtain and compare quotes from carriers, including options and pricing.
• Communicate with carriers regarding underwriting requirements and servicing.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the agency system.
• Assist clients with claims reporting and carrier follow-ups.
