Alera Group is seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager in Lebanon, PA for a hybrid role. You will build trusted client relationships, deliver proactive guidance on personal lines, and manage coverage, billing, and renewals with carrier coordination.

The role requires active P&C licensure, strong communication, and experience in personal lines insurance, with opportunities across a growing national organization.

Qualifications

• Experience in personal lines insurance and client service.
• Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering client service.
• Detail-oriented with accuracy in policy documentation and records.
• Proficiency with agency management systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional and timely service to personal lines clients regarding coverage, billing, claims, renewals, and policy changes.
• Review client insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage solutions based on individual circumstances.
• Process endorsements, policy changes, cancellations, reinstatements, and renewals accurately.
• Prepare applications, proposals, binders, and other insurance documentation for new and renewal business.
• Obtain and compare quotes from carriers, including coverage options and pricing for clients.
• Communicate with carriers regarding underwriting requirements, inspections, documentation requests, and policy servicing.
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation within the agency management system.
• Assist clients with claims reporting and follow-up, and communicate with carriers as needed.
