HUB International is seeking an Account Manager for the Personal Lines team in Waterford, CT on a Hybrid schedule. You will service personal insurance accounts, analyze coverage needs, and build long-term client relationships to support growth.

Qualifikationen

• Experience servicing personal accounts within an insurance agency.
• Thorough knowledge of personal lines coverages and markets.
• Experience with an electronic agency management system.
• Active Massachusetts Producer license.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.

Aufgaben

• Review personal accounts for coverage and limits, and recommend options.
• Build and maintain client relationships to meet service needs.
• Grow new business from existing accounts and leads to meet goals.
• Collect client info and prepare new/renewal coverage applications.
• Prepare quotes based on client needs, rates and coverages.
• Process transactions for accounts (applications, invoices, forms).
• Maintain accuracy of data in agency management system.
• May handle premium collections.
• Demonstrate understanding of business and earnings implications.
• Monitor industry changes to anticipate profit objectives.
• Other duties as assigned by Manager.
