• Review and analyze commercial accounts for coverage, limits, and suitability; make recommendations.
• Develop and maintain client relationships to ensure service needs are met.
• Generate new business from existing accounts and assigned leads.
• Gather information and prepare applications for submission to Marketing for new/renewal coverage.
• Prepare client proposals based on needs, rates, and coverages.
• Prepare all transactions for assigned accounts (applications, certificates, invoices).
• Maintain accuracy of data in the agency management system.
• May handle premium collections and stay informed on industry trends.
