Boston Medical Center (BMC) in Boston, MA, seeks a Research Project Manager to oversee perinatal and early childhood research under the SEED program. You will coordinate study protocols, budgets, IRB submissions, and data management, working with a diverse team to advance outcomes in maternal and child health.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills; hybrid schedule with 40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Requires Masters Degree or equivalent combination of education and years of research experience.
• Master's Degree + 3 years of research experience (Bachelor's Degree + 5 years can be substituted).
• Experience in clinical research, budget management and IRB coordination is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate grant project management lifecycle from initiation to implementation.
• Manage study protocols, assessment instruments and IRB protocols.
• Monitor study implementation across sites and manage budgets and contracts.
• Hire, train and supervise research staff and coordinators.
• Assist with patient recruitment, data entry and data quality assurance.
• Collaborate with PI to publish manuscripts and present findings.
