Qualifications

• Requires Masters Degree or equivalent combination of education and years of research experience.
• Master's Degree + 3 years of research experience (Bachelor's Degree + 5 years can be substituted).

Responsibilities

• Project Management: coordinate grant project management life cycle and timelines.
• Research Management: develop proposals, design methodologies, ensure protocol adherence and HIPAA compliance.
• Administrative Duties: supervise staff, manage meetings, budgets, contracts, and IRB submissions.
