Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in related field required or Master's degree preferred.
• Experience: 5–7 years research-related plus 1–2 years supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong budgeting, organizational, and communication skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversees operations of study staff and coordinates multi-center trials with NIH/FDA and partners.
• Manages trial initiation, patient recruitment, and study start-up timelines.
• Develops SOPs, budget management, and subcontracts with associated institutions.
• Prepares Case Report Forms and reports progress at investigator meetings.
• Ensures regulatory compliance and audit readiness across protocols.
