UnitedMasters in Brooklyn, NY, seeks a People Operations Generalist to own daily employee support, HR systems, and lifecycle operations across UnitedMasters, Translation, and Shared Services.

You will manage onboarding, changes, offboarding, and system workflows, while driving AI-enabled process improvements and immigration coordination. This role blends HR expertise with data-driven operations in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of progressive HR or People Operations experience
• Experience administering an HRIS or People tools, maintaining accurate employee data
• Experience supporting People programs, with judgment handling confidential matters
• Strong understanding of HR operations, lifecycle processes, and the data-employee experience

Responsabilités

• Provide first-line day-to-day People support for employees and managers
• Own onboarding, changes, offboarding, and related communications
• Manage HRIS configurations, data quality, and system integrations
• Identify and implement AI tools and automation within People ops
• Coordinate visa sponsorships, renewals, and immigration records
• Support offboarding logistics and handoffs to IT/Payroll
• Create process guides, resources, and routine reports
• Coordinate cross-functional HR projects and projects deliverables
