Job summary

Electrolux Group North America seeks a Specialist, People Data & Operations to manage employee lifecycle transactions and data integrity across HR systems. You will collaborate with Payroll, Benefits, HR Partners, and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate, policy-aligned execution throughout the lifecycle.

You will own operational processes, monitor data quality, and support audits and continuous improvement efforts while maintaining confidentiality and high service standards.

Qualifications

• Experience with end-to-end HR processes and data quality.
• Ability to review and validate employee transactions with policy alignment.
• Strong attention to detail and data integrity in HR systems.

• Maintain employee and organizational data across HR systems.
