Job summary

LG Electronics North America is seeking an HRIS Analyst to support HRIS and related platforms across the organization. You will maintain systems, assist users, generate reports, ensure data integrity, test changes, and drive process improvements in collaboration with HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Talent Acquisition.

You will contribute to the North America HR Center of Excellence, advancing HR technology, system enhancements, and employee experience through efficient HR processes and reporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, information systems, business administration, computer science, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Support daily administration and maintenance of HR systems and related platforms.
• Assist users with HR system inquiries, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Monitor system functionality and escalate complex issues when necessary.
• Maintain and update employee and organizational data to ensure accuracy.
• Assist with user access management and security administration processes.
• Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, implementations, and configuration changes.
• Prepare and execute system testing plans and validate results.
• Document business requirements, system processes, and SOPs.
• Identify opportunities for improving system functionality and user experience.
• Create, maintain, and distribute standard HR reports and dashboards.
• Support HR data analysis and audits to ensure data quality and compliance.
• Gather metrics to support business decisions.
• Collaborate on ad hoc reports and reporting solutions.
• Perform routine audits to maintain HR data accuracy.
• Assist in ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
• Support data governance and documentation standards.
• Participate in HR process improvement projects and workflow automation.
• Recommend efficiencies and technology solutions to reduce manual work.
