  • Support assigned workforce administration processes, including benefits, timekeeping, attendance, leave administration, employee data maintenance, and related operational activities.
  • Review transactions and supporting documentation for completeness, accuracy, proper authorization, and alignment with established policies, procedures, and service levels.
  • Coordinate with Payroll, Benefits, HRIS, People Business Partners, Centers of Excellence, and other stakeholders to complete transactions accurately and on time.
  • Maintain employee and organizational data in Workday, UKG, and other HR systems throughout the employee lifecycle.
  • Serve as the primary owner for assigned operational processes and maintain current knowledge of requirements, dependencies, controls, and escalation paths.
  • Monitor assigned work for accuracy, consistency, timeliness, and adherence to service‑level expectations.
  • Identify process issues, data discrepancies, control gaps, and operational risks; resolve or elevate them as appropriate and support corrective actions through closure.
  • Maintain backup readiness and participate in cross‑training to strengthen coverage, team agility, and business continuity.
  • Customer & Case Management Support
  • Serve as a point of contact for employees, managers, and HR partners regarding People Data & Operations processes, transactions, and system requirements.
  • Resolve service requests through ServiceNow or other case‑management platforms within established service‑level expectations.
  • Provide accurate, timely, and customer‑focused guidance; elevate complex or sensitive matters to the appropriate functional lead.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive employee information with discretion, professionalism, and sound judgment.
  • Workforce Data Management & Quality
  • Maintain accurate and complete employee and organizational data across HR systems and operational records.
  • Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality reviews to identify inconsistencies, missing information, and transaction errors.
  • Support audits, compliance reviews, access reviews, reporting validation, and remediation activities related to workforce data and operational processes.
  • Partner with data and process owners to correct issues and strengthen preventive controls and data quality.
  • Documentation, Continuous Improvement & Change Support
  • Maintain process documentation, standard operating procedures, work instructions, job aids, knowledge articles, and control evidence for assigned responsibilities.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve the employee and manager experience, reduce manual effort, and increase operational accuracy through automation and continuous improvement.
  • Support testing, training, communications, and implementation activities associated with process, policy, or system changes.
  • Share knowledge and best practices to promote consistent execution across the People Data & Operations team.
Qualifications:
  • Strong understanding of employee lifecycle processes, workforce administration, HR transactions, and people data management.
  • Ability to accurately initiate, review, validate, and troubleshoot employee transactions and supporting documentation.
  • Strong customer‑service orientation and the ability to communicate clearly with employees, managers, HR partners, and functional stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, prioritization, problem‑solving, and follow‑through in a high‑volume environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data validation, formulas, lookups, and reporting.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive employee information.
  • Ability to learn multiple operational areas, participate in cross‑training, and provide reliable backup support.
Minimum Qualifications:
