Job summary

LG Electronics is seeking an HRIS Analyst to support Human Resources Information Systems across the organization. You will assist with maintaining HR systems, supporting system users, producing reports, and contributing to process improvement initiatives in collaboration with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, and other stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, information systems, business administration, computer science, or a related field.
• 0-3 or more years of experience supporting HR systems, HR operations, data analytics, payroll, benefits administration, or related business functions.
• Internship or project experience involving HR technology, reporting, or systems administration is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support daily administration and maintenance of HR systems and related platforms.
• Assist users with HR system inquiries, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Monitor system functionality and escalates complex issues when necessary.
• Maintain and update employee and organizational data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Assist with user access management and security administration processes.
• Create, maintain, and distribute standard HR reports and dashboards.
• Support HR data analysis and audits to ensure data quality and compliance.
