Job summary

Electrolux Consumer Products, Inc. is seeking a Specialist, People Data & Operations to manage employee lifecycle administration, workforce data, and related operational processes for the North America population.

You will process transactions, ensure data accuracy, and collaborate with Payroll, Benefits, HRIS, and People Business Partners to deliver timely, policy‑aligned execution. Key activities include onboarding/offboarding, data maintenance, service request resolution, and maintaining

Qualifications

• Understanding of employee lifecycle processes and people data management.
• Ability to initiate, review, validate, and troubleshoot HR transactions.
• Strong communication with employees, managers, and partners.
• Detail-oriented in high‑volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Process onboarding, offboarding, transfers, promotions, and changes.
• Support benefits, timekeeping, attendance, and data maintenance.
• Review documents for completeness and policy alignment.
• Coordinate with Payroll, Benefits, HRIS, and other stakeholders.
• Maintain data in HR systems (Workday, UKG).
• Own assigned operational processes and ensure SLA adherence.
