Responsibilities
Manage U.S. and Canadian wage garnishments and support orders.
Process IRS lock-in letters and prepare monthly payroll journal entries.
Coordinate payroll-related payments with government agencies and the Treasury team.
Review bi-weekly payroll results for U.S. hourly and salaried employees.
Partner with third-party administrators on off-cycle payroll and corrections.
Oversee payroll funding for net pay, taxes, and garnishments.
Support payroll, tax, and compliance activities.
Provide payroll data for audits and reporting.
Handle post-payroll administration tasks.
Resolve employee payroll inquiries.
