Job summary

You will coordinate with HR and Finance, manage W-2 processes with a 3rd party provider, and respond to payroll inquiries while maintaining meticulous records and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 2–4 years payroll experience.
• Experience with Workday is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of payroll taxes, deductions, and garnishments.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• DOJ/FBI Live Scan background and TB clearance requirements.
• Experience with third-party payroll providers.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salary employees.
• Review time & attendance entries for accuracy and overtime.
• Ensure compliance with tax laws; manage deductions and garnishments.
• Process new hires, terminations, and status changes.
• Maintain payroll records and respond to inquiries.
• Manage W-2 processes with third-party payroll company.
• Reconcile payroll accounts and prepare reports.
