Qualifications

• Minimum of 4–6 years of progressive payroll experience.
• Experience with high-volume, multi-state payroll processing.
• Workday Payroll experience preferred.
• Strong Excel and financial reporting skills.
• Excellent communication and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Process bi-weekly payroll for assigned employee groups in Workday.
• Review and approve timekeeping changes and self-service updates.
• Prepare and reconcile payroll, audits and reports for internal stakeholders.
• Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries.
• Assist with year-end payroll activities and tax reporting.
