Job summary

Wis-Pak is seeking a Payroll Specialist to manage accurate, on-time payroll for a multi-state workforce of hourly manufacturing and salaried employees. You will own the day-to-day payroll cycle, validate time data, and resolve issues across HR, Finance, and Operations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of payroll processing experience in a multi-state environment.
• Experience with hourly manufacturing and salaried employee populations is preferred.
• FPC or CPP is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of federal/state wage and hour laws.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll on a recurring cycle for hourly and salaried employees across states.
• Review timekeeping data, resolve issues, and ensure accuracy before close.
• Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Respond to employee pay questions and provide reports to Finance.
