Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee biweekly payroll processing for 1,000+ team members and reconcile before transmission.
• Review timecards and generate daily exception reports to resolve issues before deadlines.
• Apply proper tax treatment for wages and employer-paid benefits and support audits.
• Calculate and process garnishments accurately and in compliance with laws.
• Manage special pay processes (commissions, mileage, holiday pay, manual checks).
• Complete quarterly and year-end balancing and reporting (Forms W-2 and W-2c).
• Develop financial and operational payroll reports for leadership and partners.
• Stay current on wage/hour rules, garnishment, tax, 401(k), and deductions.
