Job summary

Insync Staffing Inc. in Greenville, SC is seeking a Payroll Operations & Employee Services Specialist to manage day-to-day multi-state payroll and data audits in a hybrid work setup.

You will coordinate with a Managed Services Provider and resolve HRIS-to-payroll data discrepancies, garnishments, and off-cycle payments. The role requires an Associate degree, 3–5 years of payroll experience, and proficiency with ADP GlobalView, Ceridian Dayforce, or SAP.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years of multi-state payroll processing in high-volume environments.
• Experience with ADP GlobalView, Ceridian Dayforce or SAP preferred.
• CPP or FPC certifications preferred; background checks required.

Responsibilities

• Execute day-to-day multi-state payroll processing with MSP partnership.
• Audit pre- and post-payroll reports to ensure data accuracy.
• Resolve HRIS-to-payroll data discrepancies and garnishment issues.
• Handle tickets in ServiceNow and ADP CRM related to pay and timekeeping.
• Perform manual data changes and support off-cycle payments.
