Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversees and processes semi-monthly payroll using Rippling and related software.
• Handles onboarding of new hires and employee changes.
• Ensures payroll compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
• Generates quarterly and year-end payroll forms (941/940/W-2s) as needed.
• Maintains accurate payroll records and responds to inquiries.
• Trains staff and provides exceptional customer service.
