Qualifications

• 2+ years in a payroll-related role
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
• Maintaining confidentiality of employee data

Responsibilities

• Oversees and processes payroll using Rippling and cloud-based software
• Collects and submits timesheets for semi-monthly payroll
• Calculates employer liability and distributes related reports
• Processes ACH payments for employer liabilities
• Maintains payroll records in accounting software
• Ensures payroll transactions comply with wage and hour laws
• Generates quarterly and year-end forms (941/940/W-2/W-3/1095-C)
• Onboards new hires and manages changes to pay, taxes, and direct deposits
• Provides training to property managers on payroll processes
• Responds to payroll inquiries and maintains confidentiality
