Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a Payroll Coordinator to support payroll operations under the Payroll Manager. You will process weekly payrolls, maintain records, and liaise with location managers on timekeeping to ensure accurate, on-time pay for all employees.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now, strong Excel skills, and a track record in a high-volume, multi-state environment with commission-based pay.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree preferred in accounting, finance, business admin or related field.
• Hands-on payroll experience with multi-state environments.
• Strong Excel skills and payroll data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Process weekly payrolls for salaried, hourly and commission-based staff.
• Coordinate with location managers on timekeeping and corrections.
• Maintain payroll records and generate reports using ADP Workforce Now.
• Provide timely response to payroll inquiries from team members.
• Ensure payroll compliance with state/local tax laws and company policies.
