Super Star Car Wash in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Payroll Coordinator to oversee weekly payrolls for 1,400 teammates and ensure pay is accurate and on time.

You will manage ADP Workforce Now, maintain payroll records, and collaborate with location managers on timekeeping in a hybrid role with three days onsite and two remote.

The ideal candidate has strong Excel skills, 3+ years of payroll experience, and stays organized across multi-state and commission-based pay.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of payroll experience in a mid-to-large-sized organization.
• Extensive experience with the ADP Workforce Now platform is required.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, vlookups, complex formulas, data analysis) to support payroll processes.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to track multiple deadlines across locations.
• Experience handling multi-state payroll and commission-based pay.

Responsibilities

• Process the weekly payroll cycle for salaried, hourly, and commission-based team members for a multi-location, multi-state organization.
• Monitor payroll inbox, triage requests, and route items to the appropriate team member.
• Produce payroll reports, reconcile accounts, and maintain audit-ready records.
• Coordinate timekeeping with location managers to ensure timely and accurate pay.
• Assist with special payroll projects and system upgrades as needed.
