Job summary

Curantis Home Care, LLC is seeking a Payroll & Billing Specialist to support payroll processing, invoicing, and revenue cycle management on a part-time, as-needed basis with potential for full-time progression. The role offers hybrid work and a ~10–20 hour weekly schedule, with a path to increased hours as the business grows.

The ideal candidate will have ADP Run payroll experience, healthcare billing background, and strong attention to detail, independence, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in payroll, billing, or revenue cycle management.
• Hands-on experience processing payroll via ADP Run is required.
• Healthcare billing experience strongly preferred (VA/Optum/HHA Exchange).
• Ability to research and resolve discrepancies independently.

Responsibilities

• Process and reconcile payroll using ADP Run.
• Prepare, process, and reconcile invoices.
• Perform billing and accounts receivable functions.
• Assist with revenue cycle management.
• Research and resolve billing discrepancies and payment issues.
• Reconcile services with authorizations and billing records.
• Review VA billing through Optum and Medicaid authorizations via HHA Exchange.
• Learn and perform SwyftOps invoicing, billing, and reporting tasks.
