Job summary

Curantis Home Care, LLC is seeking a part-time Payroll & Billing Specialist to support payroll processing, invoicing, billing, and revenue cycle management. The role is approximately 10–20 hours per week with a potential path to full-time, and can be hybrid (in-office and remote) in York, PA.

The ideal candidate will have ADP Run experience, strong attention to detail, ability to work independently, and solid knowledge of healthcare billing such as Medicaid and VA processes.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree required or higher.
• Professional payroll, billing or revenue-cycle experience.
• Experience with ADP Run is required.
• Healthcare billing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process and reconcile payroll using ADP Run.
• Prepare, process, and reconcile invoices.
• Perform billing and accounts receivable tasks.
• Assist with revenue cycle management.
• Research and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Verify Medicaid authorizations with HHA Exchange.
• Maintain accurate financial records and confidentiality.
