Curantis Home Care, LLC — York, PA is seeking a Payroll & Billing Specialist on a part-time, as-needed basis with potential for full-time. The role supports payroll processing, invoicing, billing, and revenue cycle management while handling confidential financial information in a hybrid work setting.

The ideal candidate has ADP Run payroll experience, experience with Optum/HHA Exchange, and strong reconciliation skills to ensure accurate billing across patient records and payor sources.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Healthcare Billing, Medical Billing, or related field
• Experience in payroll, billing, accounting, medical/healthcare billing, revenue cycle management or related field
• Hands-on experience processing payroll through ADP Run
• Experience with Optum and/or VA Community Care billing preferred
• Experience with HHA Exchange preferred
• Healthcare billing in home care or healthcare setting preferred
• Strong reconciliation and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong communication skills

Responsibilities

• Process and reconcile payroll using ADP Run
• Review payroll information for accuracy and discrepancies
• Prepare, process, and reconcile invoices
• Perform billing and accounts receivable functions
• Assist with revenue cycle management
• Research and resolve billing discrepancies and payment issues
• Reconcile services provided against authorizations and billing
• Verify VA billing through Optum and Medicaid authorizations via HHA Exchange
• Work with SwyftOps for invoicing and reporting
• Maintain confidential and organized financial records
• Communicate with management and payors as needed
• Support additional payroll, billing, and administrative tasks as company grows
