Qualificações

• 3+ years of hands-on payroll experience.
• Experience processing full-cycle payroll for 100+ employees.
• General ledger, journal entry, reconciliation, and month-end close experience.
• Advanced Excel skills.

Responsabilidades

• Process biweekly payroll for 350+ employees.
• Review payroll deductions, benefits, garnishments, taxes, and reconciliations.
• Prepare payroll and general ledger journal entries.
• Perform account reconciliations and assist with month-end close.
• Research payroll discrepancies and maintain accurate payroll records.
• Support audits and accounting projects.
