• Minimum of 3 years of full-cycle payroll processing and multi-state benefits experience.
• Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables) and familiarity with HRIS.
• Experience managing payroll compliance across multiple states and payroll cycles.
• Ability to handle confidential salary and personal information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Process and validate multi-state payroll for 200 employees across entities.
• Administer enrollments and reconciliations for medical, dental, vision, and retirement plans.
• Coordinate with Finance, HR, brokers, and vendors on payroll matters.
• Oversee tax reporting, W-2s, and year-end payroll processes.
• Maintain accurate employee data in HRIS and support onboarding/offboarding.
