Job summary

Creative Financial Staffing, LLC is seeking a Payroll Specialist to support multi-state payroll operations in a hybrid work environment. You will process bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried staff, ensure accurate deductions, and stay compliant across states while collaborating with payroll, HR, and finance leadership.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of payroll processing experience, multi-state exposure, and a degree preference; equivalent experience will be considered.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of payroll processing experience preferred.
• Multi-state payroll experience is a plus.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered

Responsibilities

• Process bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried employees
• Administer payroll deductions, garnishments, and related transactions
• Review and validate payroll data to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Support payroll operations for employees located in multiple states
• Cross-train across multiple payroll functions and business units
