Benson Integrated Marketing Solutions, Inc. in Alpharetta, GA, is seeking a Payroll & Benefits Specialist to manage payroll, benefits administration, workers' compensation, and HR compliance. You’ll ensure accurate payroll processing and timely benefits support.

You will support onboarding, HRIS updates, audits, and respond to employee questions, helping protect the company from risk while promoting operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years' multi-state payroll processing experience.
• Experience with Paycor HRIS strongly preferred.
• Experience administering employee benefits and Open Enrollment.
• Strong knowledge of payroll taxes, HR compliance, and employment laws.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process accurate bi-weekly payroll including taxes and deductions.
• Administer benefits enrollment and open enrollment activities.
• Manage Workers' Compensation program and audits.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Support onboarding, HRIS updates, and employee inquiries.
• Prepare HR reports and maintain SOPs.
