Job summary

Wayfair is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Analyst to support accurate and timely U.S. payroll processing. This role covers multi-state payroll, audits, and reconciliation, working with HR, Finance, and external providers in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has 0-3 years of payroll experience, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with Workday or similar HRIS. This Boston-based role includes a 4-day in-office schedule with one remote day and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 0-3 years of U.S. payroll experience preferred.
• Experience with Workday or similar HRIS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end processing of U.S. payroll across regular, off-cycle, bonus, termination and supplemental payrolls.
• Review inputs, earnings, deductions, taxes, benefits, garnishments for accuracy.
• Perform payroll audits, reconciliations and variance analysis before/after payroll runs.
• Resolve payroll discrepancies and respond to employee inquiries promptly.
• Collaborate with HR, Benefits, Finance, Accounting, HRIS, Legal and external payroll providers.
• Maintain payroll records and assist with reporting and documentation.
