This full-time role reports to the VP, Head of HR Operations and requires 2–4 years of payroll experience, an associate degree or CPP, and strong Excel/Outlook skills. The position offers a hybrid work model with on-site and remote options.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or CPP preferred.
• 2–4 years of payroll processing experience across multiple states.
• Experience with garnishments and payroll taxes.
• Strong Excel and Outlook skills; proficiency with HCM systems.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, input, and process payroll data for multiple states and entities.
• Prepare payroll reports, reconciliations, and tax withholdings.
• Maintain payroll records including time and attendance.
• Prepare payroll accrual entries and assist with account reconciliations.
• Respond to wage garnishment inquiries and audits.
• Collaborate with Ceridian Dayforce Advanced Tax Services to resolve tax issues.
• Support audits with required records and documentation.
• Communicate payroll policy and tax issues to employees.
