Job summary

Performance Contracting Group is seeking a Payroll Specialist to manage semi-monthly payroll for salaried employees nationwide. You will work with HR, Benefits, and Finance to ensure accurate processing, compliance with tax laws, and data integrity in Dayforce HRIS.

The role requires 3–5 years of payroll experience, CPP/FPC preferred, and strong Excel skills. Local Kansas City Metro applicants preferred. Comprehensive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience processing salaried employee payroll.
• Compliance Awareness.
• Multi-State Payroll Skills.
• Payroll Expertise. CPP or FPC preferred.
• Microsoft Office Suite. Intermediate to Advanced Excel competency.

Responsibilities

• Serve as subject matter expert for Dayforce HRIS payroll areas.
• Be the go-to person for salaried employees and answer questions.
• Ensure knowledge of Federal, State, and Local payroll tax laws.
• Process semi-monthly payroll for ~1,800 salaried employees nationwide.
• Collaborate with HR, Benefits, and Finance to ensure accurate payroll.
• Review wage and tax reports for tax reporting accuracy.
