Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process a complete multi-state payroll cycle with entry, verification and time/attendance balancing.
• Coordinate with third-party payroll vendors as needed.
• Analyze, audit and reconcile payroll to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare journal entries and reconcile payroll sub-ledger to the general ledger.
• Perform related duties as required to support payroll operations.
