Nth Degree is seeking a Payroll Accountant to join our corporate team in Duluth, GA. The role covers payroll accounting, union benefits administration, and payroll tax compliance across the organization, with hands-on use of ADP Workforce Now.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of payroll experience, expertise with multi-state taxes, and a proven ability to maintain accurate records, meet deadlines, and collaborate with Finance, HR, and Payroll teams in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on payroll accounting or payroll administration experience, including payroll reconciliations and tax compliance.
• Hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now is required.
• Experience administering union benefits, including contribution calculations, reporting, reconciliations, and working with collective bargaining agreements.

Responsabilités

• Manage payroll accounting activities, including reconciliations, journal entries, GL reporting, and discrepancy resolution.
• Administer union benefits and submit contributions/reports to funds.
• Review collective bargaining agreements to ensure accurate deductions, employer contributions, and reporting.
• Oversee payroll tax compliance in partnership with ADP, reconciling liabilities and tax reports.
• Maintain payroll records in ADP Workforce Now and generate necessary reports.
