Job summary

Beacon Hill in Middleton, MA is seeking a Temporary Patient Services Coordinator to join our growing home healthcare team. The role is hybrid with a Monday–Friday 9:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule and a 3+ month duration, paying USD22 per hour.

The position acts as a liaison among patients, clinicians, and office staff, coordinating high-volume scheduling while supporting day-to-day admin operations in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• At least 1 year of healthcare administrative or scheduling experience.
• Experience with high-volume scheduling and care coordination in a healthcare environment preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient visits, referrals, and clinician schedules for continuity of care and staffing.
• Prepare and maintain weekly and weekend schedules and communicate changes to staff.
• Monitor caseloads, scheduling needs, and staffing levels; escalate as needed.
• Serve as primary contact for scheduling inquiries from patients and clinicians.
• Manage front desk responsibilities and support office operations.
